The Philippine Alliance for Recycling and Materials Sustainability (PARMS) promotes stakeholder collaboration leading to sustainable consumption and production, reducing the country’s waste footprint consistent with our vision of Zero Waste to Nature by 2030 aimed to ensure that mismanaged waste does not end up in waterways and oceans.

Everyone has a part to play in making sure that our natural environment, our people, and our country are safe and moving forward. PARMS welcomes the chance to share their ideas, capabilities, and resources in shaping initiatives and policies.

PARMS was incorporated in 2015 and has emerged as a leading voice in the waste management field that brings together the private sector, non-profits, academic institutions, and the public sector in finding systemic solutions in waste management. It is the driving force that powers the Zero Waste to Nature 2030 Program through collaboration innovation and ambition.
